Test area owner and GUI specialist for the cutting edge and ever evolving technology suite known as Failover Cluster Manager in Windows Enterprise Server. Devised all test strategies, analyzed all PM and Dev plans, wrote test plans, implemented all testing and verified all bug fixes. Learned C# and Maui automation framework to re-engineer all Failover Cluster Manager testing to adapt from Win32 to Winform technology. All test infrastructure and test suites were recreated along with new feature tests.Developed C# dynamic libraries for all control wrappers and procedural logic, customized specifically for FCM. The libraries covered all accessibility and localization support and served as the platform for all automated testing scenarios for FCM.Developed dozens of test suites covering all FCM functionality, leveraging the custom dynamic library. Tests included regression, stress, performance, reliability, and over 70% code coverage.

Testing customized applications for his Microsoft solution provider.We mainly produced customized GUI front end applications interfacing with a SQL back end. I tested approximately 30 applications for installation, functionality and end-to-end. We customarily had 2-4 projects working at the same time and I would rotate projects as needed for bug verification/new bug detection until the project met release quality.This job was a great introduction to the software development cycle and got me passionate about customer oriented software quality assurance.

This is the center for pilot training for Canadair Challenger business jets.I started doing grounds keeping but soon moved into the role of office assistance and word processing. Within a year I changed role again to assist with building maintenance and operations of the Aircraft Simulators. I had responsibilities ranging from booting the mainframe systems, configuring the aircraft panels for various cockpit controls and take-off/landing the simulators to ensure they were ready for pilot training sessions.
