Leads Stantec’s North Central portfolio of corporate real estate projects, comprised of office, warehouse/storage, and lab spaces.-Directly manage and oversee decommissioning, downsizing, and/or build-out projects (Tenant Improvement budgets of $10k-$3M+)-Collaborate with project team consisting of real estate managers, design team, general and sub-contractors, internal IT/AV teams, local office leads, and property management.-Participate in the design process; provide budget, schedule and constructability input-Provide weekly project activity and financial updates to leadership including project schedule, project budget, and current status’ and risk management plans.-Manage vendors to ensure full compliance with all project policies and procedures, including formal project closeout.-Tour project sites before, during, and after construction to ensure work in place is compliant with design documents, progress and completion aligns with project design and schedule.

Helped evolve small photo event projects into a merchandise company with $2,000,000+ in annual sales through a combination of our own store, wholesaling through national companies, events for corporations, and private labeling custom brands/services for a wide array of customers.

Construction management in new home builds and commercial projects. Aiding in tenant management and sales of existing units.-Projects include ground up 74-unit luxury townhomes and apartment complex - duplex to two-story 10 unit buildings, 8.63 acres $9.5m

Redeveloping South Buffalo and helping to create businesses in our rehabbed buildings that enhance the neighboring community.-Projects include single family home flips, mixed use property redevelopment, and commercial space buildout, ranging from $150k to $2m-Created the business and built out commercial space for an ice cream shop after discussing what a missing piece of the community was. The business has since expanded to 3 locations

Managed day-to-day operations, performed HR and accounting duties, assisted in the development of sales/lead funnel, and executed all real estate transaction coordinations.

Focused on revitalizing and activating downtown Buffalo’s waterfront at Canalside and the Outer Harbor. Overall project investments at the time were $70 million, which had resulted in more than $500+ million in private development surrounding the area.

Was hired as summer intern and was asked (and accepted) to return during winter break to continue working with company in continuing efforts for economic redevelopment of downtown Buffalo, New York's waterfront.
