Having worked in the private and public sector after my cancer diagnosis, I have a strong calling to help people feel supported, strong and optimistic as they journey through cancer. I help them bring fourth their best and most creative selves to tackle the challenges of their own or loved one's illness. Together we work on body, mind and spirit as well as on mindset, inspiration, motivation , managing intense feelings like fear, anxiety, sadness, indecisiveness about treatments and uncertainty of cancer. I work with you to find ways not only to become cancer survivors but also thriver's in time of cancer and further, or how to best support a loved one who is struggling with cancer.I am committed to transforming painful life experiences into vibrant health and gratitude, and teaching others how to achieve that. As a cancer thriver, I help people bring mindfulness into the cancer healing process.I studied Commerce and Business in college, and I have had a lifelong interest in spirituality, meditation, reading, mindset and coaching leading me to obtain certifications that serve me and my cause.I have had some physical and emotional challenges throughout my life that prompted a deep curiosity about the nature of healing and life itself. I was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer at the age of fifty two, and am now very happily in remission. I am fascinated by the subconscious mind, transformational coaching, energy work, and mindfulness.I am a dynamic public professional I enjoy being able to be in the service on Ontarians.Would love to connect!
