My background comes from a 4th generation small family business, The Yohe Supply Company, located in Canton, Ohio. I worked at Yohe Supply Co. with my Dad and brother from 1982-2000, gaining experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Management. My proudest accomplishment was computerizing the entire business from scratch with an inventory of approximately 15,000 items. Our family decided to sell the business in 1998 as a result of the declining industry in Canton, Ohio, and the company is still in business, although it is no longer family-owned. Our family ran the business for 108 years. Our family name is well respected to this day in the business community. I am a Real Estate Consultant with Cutler Real Estate, ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CSP (New Homes Sales Professional) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist.) I am currently working towards my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), OPHP (Ohio Professional Housing Provider) and E-Pro. I service the entire Stark County area, with a specialty niche market in Plain Township. Since I became a Realtor in 2004, I have been a top producer within my company and have been awarded the Ohio Presidents Sales Club Awards of Achievement, Distinction and Excellence. My goal is to build a strong business base of happy, satisfied clients. I try to offer personal, passionate service to all my customers. I truly run my business on a personal level.Specialties: I have over 23 years of hands-on Property Management experience. I have managed as many as 16 units at one time in addition to hands-on rehab and home improvement experience. I can help customers who are looking to purchase investment properties as an additional source of income. I belong to the Stark County Real Estate Investors Association in Canton, Ohio. I am a Plain Township Rotary Board Member and Plain Local Schools Foundation Board Member. I am a very active community volunteer, and I have helped supported many community events. Most recently, I've participated in the Plain Township Parks Winterfest, and initiated the very first Paws in the Park event to help support the Plain Township Dog Park. I love to help customers receive that very personalized, what some may call Old School customer service that seems to be lacking so much in todays world. I strive to make each and every customer feel as if they were the most important customer I've ever had. That is the way that I would like to be treated if I were buying or selling a home.
