Founding member of the securitization team at HSBC leading the development and growth of the bank’s securitization business from inception. Worked on the origination and execution of securitization facilities for clients ranging from financial institutions, specialty finance companies and Fortune 500 corporates. Credit facilities include revolving and amortizing warehouse facilities supporting the issuance of capital markets transactions. - Performed initial due diligence, receivables cash flow modeling and internal credit presentations;- Analyzed monthly performance of asset backed portfolios, prepared annual reviews of transactions and sellers and managed transaction amendments as necessary including documentation, internal credit approvals and rating agency reviews.

Recruited to the Corporate Finance team at Credit Suisse as a corporate credit analyst in the risk management group analyzing investment grade and high yield issuers. Transitioned to the Asset Finance Group working on securitization and unsecured lending facilities. - Origination, structuring and execution of conduit securitization facilities for the Asset Finance Group;- Originated and sold match-funded, unsecured money market loans through direct calling on corporate borrowers;- Structured and modeled credit facilities for mergers and acquisitions, LBO's recapitalizations, spin-offs/divestitures and asset purchases in the Leveraged Finance Group.
