Responsible for, along with other supervisors, managing a team of 290+ workers while they performed on-the-ground tasks, this involved:+ Liaising with Engineers, Project Managers and other professionals to ensure tasks are completed+ Ensuring workers completed their tasks efficiently & effectively+ Ensuring workers don't waste time while on the job+ Conflict resolution between workers+ Taking initiative on tasks & decisions that should be made regarding workers
