Commercial Architectural Manger for Fiber Cement Rainscreen system. Covering a 4 states in the Mid-Atlantic region, I work directly with architectural firms to help specify and detail the projects with the appropriate panel system to help fulfill their clients needs. That was accomplished by presenting accredited AIA CEU programs for the architects to better understand the benefits of what we provide. Meet with the CM and or GC for the projects, once awarded, to streamline the fulfillment of the material and installation process to meet demands of the schedule.

I worked with 350+ architects and developers in a the Tri-State area. My responsibilities were to meet and exceed annual sales goals. I achieved those results by strengthening my relationships with existing customers, and developing new accounts. I handled the projects from initial contact, to the bidding, and proposal stage, to product delivery and installation. I helped deseminate the flow of information for the project, from architect to client , architect to construction manager. Develop and influence job specifications. Provide samples of products to interested parties involved with the decision making. Education training for architects to receive their credit learning hours to remain in good standing as members of the American Insititute of Architects.

I was responsible for a wholesale sales of of building materials, such as but not confined too; windows, doors, stairs, columns, moulding, trim, etc.. all the " finish" materials. I sold to distributors and lumberyards in a three state area. Oversaw training of their sales personnel in the different product lines we handled. Created purchasing programs to induce our customer to 'stock' our products.
