Producing highly accurate vehicles for commercial and military flight simulators.- Create and manage complex 3D assets.- Develop new asset creation and implementation pipelines for different simulators.- Manage development of 3d assets, texturing, implementation, and deliverable scheduling.- Ensuring the quality, consistency, and timely completion of vehicles and associated assets.- Manage art team employees and schedule art assets based off workload, complexity, and size.- 3D modeling aircraft, aircraft components, cargo assets,other equipment and vehicles.- Final assets texturing, asset cleanup, and review.- Managing the art team repositories.- Work together with graphics programmers on new shaders for use in our projects and NexGen game engines.- Communicating with the lead programmers and the project manager to identify risk in the production pipeline.- Create accurate 3d models from direct measurements, engineering drawings, and collections of reference images.- Develop assets compatible and optimized for VR applications.- Implementation of assets into game engines.- Work with SME's (Subject Matter Expert) to ensure accurate 3d modeling and texturing from reference images.

- Design and develop 3D vehicles for use in various game levels.- 3D model and texture props for set dressing various levels.- Design, 3D model, and texture modular gun parts to be procedurally generated and customized.
