• Leading the development of infrastructure strategy, service delivery standards and procedures for the Enterprise as it pertains to Infrastructure initiatives.

• Responsible for developing, allocating and prioritizing multimillion dollar annual budget to support infrastructure initiatives that follow the business’s strategic vision.
• Create and maintain standards that assist in incident management, problem management, availability management, change management, project delivery and continuous improvement processes.
