Successfully delivered a number of projects on time and on budget including: the extension of the existing banking website to provide an online channel for new customers to apply for Personal Accounts, delivered a Credit Facility offering customers short term loans via website and mobile and project managed a rebrand of Think Banking to thinkmoney as part.

Project Manager November 2009 to April 2012Delivered a migration project of 4000 Blackberry users onto iPhone4S, project managed an office move of 4000 users over a 5 week period, led a series of projects which reduced the monthly mobility bill from over £90k to £25k, saving £800k a year, successfully landed an Online Reporting Product using SharePoint.
