Currently working on a software conversion team for the National Lockbox support group. Exciting, different, and challenging work. I am delighted to be an employee of U.S. Bank.- SharePoint administrator, transmission coordinator for project, created data warehouse for project, tracked changes, created reports, other projects as assigned. Technical writing, diagrams, other documentation created as assigned.

As part of the Communication Team, I was responsible for the following:· Writing technical documentation· Working with subject matter experts sharing documents on SharePoint sites· Diagraming detailed network connectivity and dataflow diagrams using AutoCAD and Visio. Created network connectivity diagrams for WAN, LAN, MAN, VPN, and TON network configurations. Knowledge of network topology, protocols, and subnets· Detailed telephony diagrams which showed facilities, line drops, and data flow· Web content management expert responsible for dynamically updating the Network Implementation and Telecommunications department websites using Dreamweaver, Fireworks, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, and library items such as graphics and menu items· Web content manager for interactive department organizational charts· Performed peer edits and training for other Team members· Worked on multiple projects and tasks throughout the day prioritizing work as required to meet each clients’ deadline· Assisted Director with Communications meetings by facilitating, and creative ways of presenting ideas, such as Real Men of Madness, and Network Services Idol skits with props· During my time at A-B, I won 2 Night on the Town awards, and 3 Toolbox awards for exceptional work

Short consulting gig - created on-line guide for new analysts

On the Gateway Initiative project, I was the Senior Instructional Designer responsible for training all students, and administrative personnel on the SCT Banner software. This project the University wide transition from the legacy system (individual department computers) to Banner, an Oracle-based organization wide system.

At MasterCard, I managed the documentation and publication of three projects for credit card clearing, remote payments, and chargebacks related to the INET system.

As the Team Lead, I managed a team documenting the Message Server, Electronic Billing, and Catalys Broadcast Network applications.
