Currently working on a software conversion team for the National Lockbox support group. Exciting, different, and challenging work. As part of the Communication Team, I was responsible for the following:· Writing technical documentation· Working with subject matter experts sharing documents on SharePoint sites· Diagraming detailed network connectivity and dataflow diagrams using AutoCAD and Visio. Created network connectivity diagrams for WAN, LAN, MAN, VPN, and TON network configurations. Short consulting gig - created on-line guide for new analysts

On the Gateway Initiative project, I was the Senior Instructional Designer responsible for training all students, and administrative personnel on the SCT Banner software. This project the University wide transition from the legacy system (individual department computers) to Banner, an Oracle-based organization wide system.

At MasterCard, I managed the documentation and publication of three projects for credit card clearing, remote payments, and chargebacks related to the INET system.

As the Team Lead, I managed a team documenting the Message Server, Electronic Billing, and Catalys Broadcast Network applications.
