My #1 priority is to transform the Commercial Production department at WLKY into a creative force in the Louisville market. I write, shoot, edit and design effective advertising strategies, with a sharp focus on the client's target.

I spent 13 years creating exceptional content for Indiana's #1 News Station. For the past 7 years I have consulted with local businesses to create dynamic advertising strategies. From copywriting and directing video shoots, to gathering music and editing, I'm capable of performing every task in the production process. The technical skills are important, but never underestimate the ability to keep the client happy.

As a Tape Operator in the Engineering Department at Channel 13, it was my job to prepare commercials and syndicated programs for air. This included dubbing content from one format to another, and screening television shows for errors and time. I am familiar with several tape and file formats including 1" tape, D-2, DVC Pro, BetaCam, and BetaHD. I was also responsible for dialing in remote and satelite trucks for news casts.

As a Production Assistant, my main function was to operate studio cameras during evening and nightly newscasts. Other duties included floor directing, running teleprompter, and screening syndicated programs for air.
