At a high level, the hiring process was:- Removal of Basic Role Qualifications- An optional LinkedIn Learning Path to re-skill + assessments to validate skills- Candidates who performed well on assessments were accelerated through the interview process and guaranteed an interview with a LinkedIn Recruiter (Me)Through this pilot, we were able to hire Customer Support Consultants from non-traditional backgrounds and with transferrable skills that would make them successful in the role. I'm so proud to see that many of the people hired through the Shine program are still growing at the company several years later! -
