CurrentI am responsible for the Customer Experience (at Sensiple we call it as “Botomation”) business unit constitutes of both product engineering and services engineering at Sensiple. In this role, I help larger enterprises gain a competitive edge and increase revenue by identifying customer needs, providing recommendations, and implementing technology products using AI as a base that solves complex business problems, enhances capabilities and increases the efficiencies. Started my career as a developer, and has organically grown within the same company into a leadership role. Highly technology passionate and has no compromises when it comes to learning and adapting to emerging technologies. Has a successful track record in transforming enterprises to solve their business problems using cutting-edge technologies. With a dual Masters in Business Administration in information management systems and Management Information Systems with the concentration as Solution Architecture and also an active Agile certified practitioner, I head the product engineering and services engineering divisions at Sensiple, Inc.
