My remit was to build an Employer Centric Sales Engine,, focused on FTSE 250 businesses. In 2011, National Employers contributed to £3m of overall sales. By 2014, we delivered c£40m in Sales, across 23 new Key customers, with all customers accessing at least 2 (of 3) of our services.• Member of the Avanta Executive Committee, • Identification of New market opportunities – including proactive approaches and reactive tendering responses• Delivery of Sales for all DWP, SFA, ESF and EFA programme’s – growth from £3m ACV in 2011 to £40m ACV in 2014• 500% Growth of the Avanta Skills contracts• Overall responsibility of 65 Sales staff• Delivery of 12000 people into work per annum.• Integration of Education, Employability and Commercial sales• Overall responsibility of 23 National Employer Partnerships• Management of strategic partners – including LEP’s, LA’s etc.• Development and Delivery of the Avanta strategic plan• Design, Development and Implementation of complex employer projects• Management of a National Account Management structure, BD and Regional Sales team• Performance Management of Sales and Delivery structures
