• Part of Core Team for implementing the EC and Onboarding module in SuccessFactors.• Sharing the As-Is Process, To-Be Process data with the implementation partner for designing the Onboarding and Employee Central system.• Migrated all the history data from 2 On prime SAP systems to SuccessFactors.• Imported old and new organisation structure during migration period• Imported 52,000+ Events for 11,000+ employees (Complete Employee Profile) in SuccessFactors.• Imported approx. 1,60,000 + personal records of each employee which includes Dependent Details, Education Details, Previous Experience Details, Contact Details, Long Service Awards Details etc. in SuccessFactors.• Implemented Business Unit wise task list for Business HR/ Others Stakeholders for performing/ completing Onboarding task within the given time frame.• Managing Role Based Permission access of Onboarding and Employee Central.• UAT for EC, Onboarding and Recruitment Module for new enchantments in SuccessFactors.• Preparation of Reports in SuccessFactors which includes Canvas Report and Table Report.• Prepared HR Dashboard which includes Manpower Data, New Recruit Data, Attrition Data, Movements Data with the guidance of a SuccessFactors consultant.• Successfully automated all the Letters in SuccessFactors to save the time of Business HR.• Ensuring the data is flowing via integration which is built between SuccessFactors and On Prime SAP system for smooth payroll processing.• HR Reporting includes Group HR Data, Various Analytics etc.• Integrated Report for HR for publishing in Annual Reports.• Handling external and Internal audit Queries.• Maintenance of Employee Life Cycle.• Preparing various presentations for Senior Management which includes Day to Day activities, Special Achievements, Future Plans etc.• Sharing monthly inputs with the Payroll Team for processing payroll activities.• Designing the process maps for all the Shared Services Process in Microsoft Visio and Power Point.
