Automated essential application tool tasks such as adding alerts to user calendars, scheduling reminders for updates on issues, prepopulating fields in tool, data collection, and tracking issue tickets. Created a comprehensive and linked database on SharePoint Lists with multiple connected tables used by 3 teams for efficient data organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and streamlined processes. Presented 20 weekly summary reports by documenting regulation titles, risk categories, applicability, etc. for telematics related risks and ensured accurate and timely reporting for the Connectivity Compliance group.
