Andy is on of the founders of Victory Trainings LLC. Victory Trainings is HR training company with a mission to empower youth with needed skills and inspire them to become creative leaders locally as well as globally. Company provides mainly tailor made training programs and workshops in creativity, inspiration and motivation through entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial topics. Andy has taken part in establishment, management and development of the company. He has also taken care of accounting and financial management of company assets in its early days. Andy was actively taking part in development, organization and conducting tailor made trainings. Since 2008 Andy has taken more passive role as member of the board and is still giving support by advising.

Cupa Rural is a joint project between Estonia and Moldova, where consortia of partners have created series of entrepreneurial events and exchange of experience to foster the entrepreneurial activity in rural areas of Moldova. My role of involvement is to facilitate and mentor parts of hackathon on topics e.g. pitching, customer development, idea validation, business canvas model etc.

Prototron is a start-up fund that gives money to teams to turn their great ideas into first working prototype. Founded in 2012 by Swedbank, Tallinn Technical University and Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol. Prototron finances teams with high growth potential in areas of Greentech, Electronics, Mechatronics and ICT. I run 3-4 rounds of financing every year.During last 1.5 years Prototron funded 14 startups with over 150'000€ in cash + coaching/incubation services. Our protfolio has generated >500'000€ revenue and raised >1'500'000€ capital in just one year. These results make Prototron the most productive pre-seed fund in Estonia.Andy was one of the core team members helping to pre-select the Prototron finalists and coached them in the application process as well as after that.

Synaps is in process of developing a a mobile healthcare (mHealth) application designed to provide process support to medical personnel, by enabling easy access to medical information at the point of care. Synaps mobile application seeks to enable users to seamlessly interrogate and combine data, about patients, from multiple ordinarily incompatible data sources within the healthcare management information systems. Relevant patient information is designed to be presented in a highly intuitive manner suitable for display on a handheld/mobile device e.g. smartphone, tablet PC.Andy is on of the business developers in this project, taking part in concept and product development, customer relations, technology and market research, strategic and financial planning.

HeiVal is one of the leading management consulting companies in Estonia (Baltic States), which is specialized in innovation, quality management, strategy, marketing projects and advising in application for European funds serving both private as well as public organizations. Having worked in HeiVal for almost two years, Andy was engaged in various projects, often dealing with many projects simultaneously. His work included international as well as local setting. Mostly, in co-operation with client meetings he was consulting for business and export plans as well as preparing feasibility and cost analysis. In addition Andy was organizing export related seminars for Estonian SMEs.

Ailer-A LLC is a small company offering financial services (accounting and controlling) for limited amount of customers. Andy was managing the financial documents and helping to compile annual financial reports.
