Thought3D is a R&D house based in Malta, focusing on FDM/FFF 3d printing. Thought3D combines 3D printing, material chemistry, and engineering knowledge to create bespoke products for reliable additive manufacturing. These work with all 3D printing plastics including Polypropylene (PP), PPGF, Polyamide (PA) or Nylon, Polycarbonate and even metal filament. Magigoo products are the go to solution suggested and used by many well known 3d printing hardware and material manufacturers. Magigoo is sold worldwide through a network of resellers and industry partners. In 2023, Thought3D launched a revolutionary hardware device, Drywise. Drywise is an inline device that sits between the printer extruder/hot-end and the spool and instantly regenerates filament that has absorbed moisture. It also monitors the state of the filament, doubling up as a quality assurance device. It allows for the best quality 3D printed parts, especially when using engineering materials. Drywise has been adopted successfully by a number of companies in sectors like Aviation, Aerospace, Medical, Defence and Military, and Automotive, where quality and part strength are of utmost importance.
