•Give campus wide tours to families, schools, and students who are interested in joining the Louisiana Tech family.

•Serve as a college ambassador for prospective students and families visiting campus.•Showcase our award-winning campus while answering questions relating to educational, extracurricular, and athletic offerings on campus.

•Answer incoming calls to the office and transfer them to the appropriate faculty member.•Assist those who walk into the office with 100% customer satisfaction demonstrating strong communication. •Supervise all aspects of front reception to assist external customers and internal colleagues.•Open and distribute mail to the faculty according to their role in the office.
