I guess I started my sales journey in a somewhat unorthodox way. You see, I played soccer from the age of 4 and into college before sustaining a career ending knee injury. I have always been competitive, wanting to win but, most importantly, change the outcome of any particular game or situation. It was because of my drive to change outcomes that I fell in love with sales. I'm not talking about the stereotypical sales methods or pushy tactics that simply don't work in today's world. No, working with people to help them view that staying in their status quo is far more risky than making a change. Sales is all about change, which is what I excel at. Helping customers and prospects find out what their real problems are and how we can solve those problems to get to their objective state.Going back to my knee injury and then future pace it a bit to when my wife had my three beautiful children. I see a huge problem in the healthcare industry with the lack of technology to properly give the staff tools to engage with their patients. Much like I got into sales to impact positive change...nurses and doctors got into medicine to positively impact the lives and health of their patients. They can't do that without the right resources to do so in a challenging environment filled with staffing shortages, mountains of paperwork, more challenging workflows and increased patients to care for.Well, what I do is offer solutions to these facilities to improve their communication and responsiveness to their patients so their quality of care and patient satisfaction increases.
