Apply technical expertise to product through visual aides such as parts books, schematic sets, cable listings, hose listings, and DLib program. Process and ship product daily to fulfill need of customer. Manage internal orders/quotations from Sister company(Plasser Canada). Certifications: ODU Center for Enterprise Innovation - Completion of Study in LEAN Principles and Value Stream Mapping
