South Suffolk Coast Reserves (650ha): Responsible for overseeing the management and conservation of a diverse network of reserves including Havergate Island, Snape, Boyton, Hollesley, Tunstall, Rendlesham, and the Butley River.Current Major Projects:* Leading the creation and development of a new wetland extension at Boyton Marshes, collaborating with local farmers to implement sustainable land and water management practices.*Partnering with the Environment Agency to establish a new wetland reserve at Snape.Previous Project Management Highlights:*Active climate change adaption of the saline lagoons found on Havergate Island*Successfully project-managed the rehabilitation of Havergate Island in partnership with the National Trust, funded by EU Life+.*Oversaw the creation of a wetland reserve at Hollesley with Wren funding.*Collaborated with Forestry England to restore heathland in the Sandlings forests.Leadership and Team Management: Manage a team of three wardens and effectively coordinate a dedicated group of volunteers.

Working on the dry habitats on the Suffolk Coastal reserves. Working in a large team of site staff to restore and enhance the habitats found at Minsmere and surrounds.Volunteer management, development of interns.
