Aaron Kumar Email and Phone Number
Currently, I'm working as a strategy and business manager for the Head of the Advisory and Sales in Private Banking. My goal is to make create more efficiencies in mitigating risk through operational risk management whist navigating the complex regulatory requirements and aligning to the business strategy all at once. I have over 15 years experience in strategy, product governance, business management, risk management and client experience as well as operational risk across private and investment banking. My experience has ranged from Global banks where I have rolled out global product governance programmes to Euro centric at European owned investment banks as well as UK focused strategy development and launching new Target Operating Models and services in wealth management and banking. In the long term,I’d like to use all my depth of knowledge in the regulatory landscape alongside my expertise in project management and risk (I have a Masters in both) to drive real business value and improvement, in process but also net profit. My aim is to be part of an organization where I can be inclusive part of a team that supports and challenge each other to drive for excellence, each with an individual remit but the ability to collaborate to develop the organisation to its fullest capacity
