My position at Glass-U was very complex and diverse. Glass-U is a start-up company that makes customizable sunglass and despite its age has managed to land contracts such as being the official providers of Sunglasses for the FIFA World Cup. Due to this everyone working at company played many roles.I worked heading up the marketing team, as a sales specialist and as part of the operations team. My working with the marketing team was working to create a brand image and invent methods adding value to the company and the product beyond the sole purpose of sunglasses. As a sales specialist I worked to make sales, assemble a sales team and create a structure to better turn leads into customers. On the operations sides I worked organizing the inventory and syncing up the various systems we used to sell products. This meant working to develop a system to best receive payments from clients and as quickly as possible deliver them the product.

- An emerging technologies group that looks to create new innovative devices to everyday use- Worked as designer for BMI hearing aid - The hearing aide monitors the brain for changes in waves to change the output of the speaker - My job was to design the hearing aides for flexible electronics to be built into the devices - The challenge was creating the hearing aides to comfortable but still capable of picking up alpha wave changes in the brain - It was based on these alpha wave changes that the device changes the sound amplification to the user

- Performed Market Analysis for a Biomarker Startup- Worked along side MBA students to create and present weekly deliverables- Create an attack strategy for the company entering the field of medical diagnosis and blood content monitoring- The attack strategy included the following - Pricing models based on hospital finances and insurance plans - Product segments based on existing company, uses and technology - Pivots for use of biochemical testing methods outside of medicine
