In this position, I supervised civilian contractors responsible for controlling all IT activity on the base network, and I managed military members responsible for coordinating all base communications maintenance. Finally, as the Plans and Readiness Manager, I implemented base wide technology projects as a project manager, while also managing the deployment readiness program for all communications personnel on base.
