This role has been a part of the last 8 years here in different ways, previously a few jobs were done as well as warehouse admin roles but currently now full on. I have daily, weekly and monthly counts to assure stock levels are accurate as well as the best before on products making sure these do not become at risk. Reports of these are sent out to our partners. I am integral to quarterly stock takes making sure it is performed professionally and accurately. I am also responsible for tracking and processing returns and credits into our warehouse from all over the UK, making sure this is done in a timely manner. Weekly reports are sent out to all managers to make them aware of our company damages and products under investigations which could include incorrect products being booked into our site.Daily replenishment forms are done to ensure stocks are moved correctly and this is done via our SAP system.

A challenging role over 3 shifts with jobs including: processing all in and out good's via SAP of which could be dray, haulier and exports all over the world, planning jobs on vehicles in order of delivery, reports for managers to show tonnage that has been sent out daily, checking all picked good's to make sure of it's accuracy leaving the site, occasionally dealing with stock requests, working face to face with couriers, booking in stock arriving from the Brewery or from an outside company, creating booking's for hauliers via phone and email and filing all paperwork accurately.

I was the vocal point for all information regarding stock in the warehouse, by tracking the in's and out's of everything using our SAP system and by physical counts.I was an integral part of all stock takes and ensuring we lost less stock each time which as a team proved to do.I had to deal with customer collects which included picking the stock at busy times. Processing paperwork and delivery notes for the pickers and drivers was a large part of the role, and dealing with issues via emails and phone calls.

A very important role I had was to plan the drivers routes every morning using a paragon system and sort out their manifest packs, which included delivery notes and keys. Other duties included taking phone calls, responding to emails, dealing with parking fines, uploading tachometer readings and processing all paperwork after the deliveries to ensure customers were invoiced, which was done using the in house SAP system.

My duties for this included supervising a team of twelve members of staff making sure their work is up to standard and carried out to the strict deadlines we work to. These include patient admissions and clinical work across all of the East Kent sites. For me this also includes making and receiving telephone calls and emails to solve any problems or queries across the sites. I carried out a lot of my work using the in house computer system and Microsoft Word and Excel to complete audits and appraisals. As a team leader I feel it is important to be approachable for fellow team members.

The most important part of this role included the admissions for inpatients which involved the collection and delivery of notes to the wards on that site in a very timely fashion. Other duties included the filing of patient records, the pulling of clinical notes for upcoming appointments for the clinical preparation department, as well as collecting records across the Canterbury site daily. I also dealt with a lot of phone calls and emails from secretaries and other wards across all other sites, all of which was to be carried out to set deadlines.
