Since inception, Precision Demolition LLC has developed expertise in all phases of demolition. The Company specializes in large and complex projects such as the DFW Airport and the Chevron-Texaco Tower in Houston. The Company provides demolition services through four divisions including Interior Demolition, Selective Demolition, Wrecking Demolition and Sawing and Coring. The Interior Division provides for the demolition of interior walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures and finishes. The Selective Division provides for, among other things, the demolition and removal of interior structural steel, concrete, slabs, beams, elevators, stairwells, canopy structures, building separations and dismantlement. The Wrecking Division provides for the demolition of complete building structures, structural demolition including implosion. The Sawing and Coring Division provides slab sawing, wall sawing and coring services. The Company, a member of the National Demolition Association and TEXO is considered to be largest demolition company headquartered in Texas and distinguishes itself from competitors by offering a full range of services from specific detailed selective interior demolition to complete structure removal.
