Some of my responsibilities include: - Managing the recruitment process from internal customer engagement, requisition creation, sourcing, screening and candidate selection- Tracking all candidate, client and job data in the Applicant Tracking System- Collaborating with hiring managers to develop tailored talent acquisition strategies and targeted recruitment campaigns- Leading the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position- Conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans- Building an active network of quality candidates- Developing and maintaining client relationships
