First and foremost, I love to learn. New skills and technologies excite me in positively irrational ways. I enjoy the challenge of new problems, and getting to the root of issues. Database management, programming, business analysis, and marketing tools all provide limitless ways of looking at bits and bytes, and seeing possibilities.Having spent most my adult life (starting at age 16 actually) in the nonprofit technology sector, I have worked on both the software and hardware sides. With jobs that focused on problem solving, project management, or development, I've had a wide level of exposure and experience to a variety of tools and skill sets.During that time I have had the opportunity to work on and with Information Technology, Marketing, Fundraising, Help Desk, and other teams. I am comfortable in front of an audience and can clearly and effectively reduce complex issues down to their core components.My passion is organizations who want to change the world and make it a better place. I want to help them fulfill their missions more effectively and efficiently.When I am not doing all that, I spend time with my wife and kids, or with the great outdoors.
