Aaron Webb Email and Phone Number
I have over eight years of experience in the telecommunications sector, starting as an apprentice working in the network performance team. After graduating from the apprenticeship, I offboarded to an engineering role before taking on my first managerial role in 2020. I currently head up the Operational Acceptance for all new fixed and mobile projects as well as Network element access, allowing the right people to have the right privileges when acessing core mobile network equipment.I have successfully managed and delivered multiple projects, such as the upgrade of a video wall and IP conference system in the Service & Performance Management Centre at O2, which improved our display quality, energy efficiency, and online meeting capabilities. I was also a finalist for the ITP Christopher Mills Award 2019, which recognizes outstanding achievements in the telecoms industry.
