In my 3 years at the school I took the lead on setup, deployment, strategy for learning with technology, coaching and development of staff using technology to enhance learning and student projects including the iPad Band performing at the Apple Education Summit and BETT. My coaching and development of staff helped up-skill, innovate and inspire 3 schools with a colleague gaining Apple Distinguished Educator status for 2015. I also continue to closely with Apple to develop school solutions and share best practice. In September 2015 I set up the Finsbury Park RTC which has continued successes sharing best practice with educators in the local community. All the work I have been involved in while in my role is detailed in the New Wave Federation book that has been submitted for the Apple Education Recognition Program announced September 2016.
