About Aaron Williams

Aaron Williams is a Experienced refinery control operator and instrument electrical technician. at Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd. Colleagues describe him as "I had the gift of working with Aaron in a variety of roles, when I was an operator with BP he was the instro tech that would always fix the problem or confidently say what needed to be done to make things right. When I was the shift team leader Aaron was mostly my CRO on the super intense and complex FCC plant. From day one Aaron had an instinctive and intuitive control of the massive FCC unit, the same unit that gave 20year veterans nightmares. When coming to Aaron with production, throughput and quality issues he without fail could instantly tell me what needed to be done to achieve whatever target I needed to achieve. He had complete mastery of his craft, whatever role he was tasked with. He made my time with BP immeasurably easier and simpler. Working with such a competent, committed and pleasant chap, will be a lasting memory of my time at BP. I hope I have the pleasure of working with him again. Employers, sign him up quick before he gets away!"
