Lloyds International Capital Finance Division is one of the largest asset finance companies in Australia, with a portfolio of approximately $8.4 billion. Lloyds was undergoing a major E2E business systems upgrade project to simplify and automate the loan process. I was the Solution Designer for the Credit Decision system integration implementation, working closely with our vendor Veda.

Vodafone Hutchison Australia is a leading Telecommunication provider, with 4000+ employees and over 6.8 million customers. The Business Support Systems is responsible for managing existing customer base as well as providing new offers to both existing and new customers.

Tech Mahindra is an IT outsourcing company recently acquired as the Level 2 operations vendor at Vodafone Hutchison Australia. My role was to manage the newly created team and to ensure transition from previous vendor (IBM) is done methodically and as smooth as possible. I was the lead of 4 onshore and 13 offshore resources.

IBM was the Level 2 & 3 support for Enterprise Integration at Vodafone Hutchison Australia. My roles included BAU support for the middleware integration platform as well as provide SME guidance and solution for new projects.

An Oracle’s e-Business Suite migration project, I was the Solution Designer for the End-to-End integration process between Oracle e-Business Suite and multiple legacy systems

Deployed out to Legal & General, a leading provider of risk, savings, investment & pension management, I was the architect & developer for the SOA Enablement Project, enabling web service interfaces with the backend legacy systems, increasing flexibility and reducing development time for future upgrades on the everyday changing market.

‘Program Sam’ was a four year $100+ million project to upgrade Vodafone’s customer management, billing and provisioning systems in Vodafone New Zealand, Australia and Fiji. My roles here included integration development & end to end testing.
