I manage our global Email Marketing practice, with marketers, developers, and team leads in four different countries. This involves managerial duties, including personnel management, resource capacity planning, P&L, and creating my practice area's annual budget. I also provide our Clients with strategic and tactical expertise for their Email Marketing programs. These Clients are in various verticals, including health & beauty, CPG, collectibles and fine dining. I participate in onsite proposals for new business, and am responsible for content anddelivery of RFPs related to Email & SMS Marketing. I also have extensive experience managing new account implementations on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related activities, including IP warmup, subscriber segmentation, user setup, and SAP process.I'm very proficient with Salesforce Marketing Cloud's (previously known as ExactTarget) Email Studio and Mobile Studio, and have intermediate proficiency with Oracle + Bronto, Epsilon Harmony, and MailChimp Pro. This has provided me hands on experience and knowledge ofHTML, SQL, AMPscript, and Content Builder as it relates to email and customer journey creation and maintenance. Manage email marketing program, including requesting artwork, proofing, peer reviewing HTML, executing campaigns, and reporting campaign metrics. Create monthly email calendar, and determine content and frequency of campaigns. Ensure accuracy and quality of audience segmentation to ensure loyalty program messaging and content is relevant to each customer type.Troubleshoot data sync issues and campaign failures with internal IT department and ESP. Resolve customer service issues related to loyalty rewards and issue ad hoc rewards and credits to customers.Coordinate with eCommerce department to develop online-only email offers and achieve monthly sales targets. Create and troubleshoot loyalty-related online promotions in eCommerce platform. Coordinate with ESP and internal departments to transition email database to a list-fed process.Assist CRM department with testing and developing new loyalty program initiatives.

Developed and implemented Ivie’s first standard operating procedures (SOP) while completing a Masters in Technical Writing at the University of North Texas. The SOP is available on Ivie's intranet and continues to be a dynamic and engaging document. Helped determine organizational policies and coordinated with department leads to implement them. Authored promotional and instructional material for Ivie’s proprietary software and regularly trained new associates on Ivie’s project management system. Provided site editing and created promotional content for two non-profit professional organizations (Scrum Alliance and PowerUp Indiana).Supported Sally Beauty Supply’s eCommerce department by posting and maintaining new and existing products, and monitoring, publishing, and responding to customer reviews. Determined monthly online promotions, including web banners and online-only email offers and coordinated with Creative department to ensure on-time delivery and content accuracy. Created promotional copy for Sally Beauty’s Twitter and Facebook page to help drive eCommerce sales.
