I am a dedicated working professional and graduate student pursuing an MBA at UConn, with a strong focus in AR/AP Operations and Finance.I am currently working at NEFCO as an Expense Management Analyst. In this role I am responsible for streamlining our expense processing and ensuring policies make sense and are being followed in order to keep up with the fast paced growth our company is experiencing.In my previous job at UConn, I worked as a Financial Assistant 2 within the CLAS Business Center. In this role, I was responsible for managing over 400 accounts across 10 departments, with budgets in excess of $100 million. I worked closely with my department admins as their financial liaison for any and all questions they may have including budgeting, travel, hiring, payroll, and training. I have also held positions as an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable manager at two different companies. These experiences provided me with valuable exposure to the accounting aspect of managing business operations, and broadened my knowledge of monthly and yearly accounting processes.
