The initial technology infrastructure utilized was Knova 6.1 Knowledgebase, HTML, JavaScript and classic ASP. We then successfully migrated to ASP.NET 2.0 and Knova 6.5. This resulted in a scalable solution that supported the 150+ products that Intuit provides technical support for on the web.

I provide support to the other developers as well as drive process change inside and outside the team.
