The creation of Garious started on a fine day in June of 2010 when Aaron simply didn't have enough time to keep up with being able to regularly send out messages for Innovators Mix and Atrevete, two of the sites he was working on, plus his personal social networking accounts. I lead a team of developers in the creation, maintenance and support of http://www.quickbooks.com/support. The initial technology infrastructure utilized was Knova 6.1 Knowledgebase, HTML, JavaScript and classic ASP. We then successfully migrated to ASP.NET 2.0 and Knova 6.5. This resulted in a scalable solution that supported the 150+ products that Intuit provides technical support for on the web.

Led a team of developers responsible for building business intelligence for the Quickbooks business. Responsible for implementation of reports and tools in Hyperion Explorer, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Access, Excel and ASP.NET. Also responsible for design, development and maintanance of datamarts using Oracle 9i PL/SQL and Informatica 6.I have extensive knowledge of the Genesys CTI systems and their underlying data structures. I am also quite experienced working with Siebel, CMS (Avaya), IVR and Quickbase.As the lead developer, I act in an architectural database design role as well as the project manager. I provide support to the other developers as well as drive process change inside and outside the team.

I fulfilled a contract position at Intuit to develop cradle to grave reporting based on their CTI systems (Genesys). I was eventually hired as a full-time employee at Intuit.

• Single handedly migrated over 200 users from a dumb-terminal / mainframe system to Windows NT 3.51. This required: • Configuring Cisco routers • Building / configuring a file, MS Exchange and backup server. • Training all of the users on using Windows. • Helpdesk support for all users. • Development of custom MS Access applications to streamline the NCO promotions process.
