Current• Responsible for maintaining relationship with existing accounts based in the Nordics, Netherlands, MEA and UK to make sure Keeper Security adoption is growing within the organization• Own a book of business which contains over 300 Mid Market & Enterprise accounts • Become a subject matter expert for any customer related queries to act as a trusted advisor • Proactive engagements to understand customer challenges, use cases and plans to identity potential expansion opportunities… Show more • Responsible for maintaining relationship with existing accounts based in the Nordics, Netherlands, MEA and UK to make sure Keeper Security adoption is growing within the organization• Own a book of business which contains over 300 Mid Market & Enterprise accounts • Become a subject matter expert for any customer related queries to act as a trusted advisor • Proactive engagements to understand customer challenges, use cases and plans to identity potential expansion opportunities • Drive product renewal and expansion conversations with existing accounts from initial engagement to closing (direct and channel) • Execute Quarterly Business Reviews with target accounts to discuss best practices, customer maturity, product roadmap & expansions • I deliver product demonstrations via remote tools and trial activation upon customer request • Share customer feedback with product management to drive customer satisfaction • Collaboration with internal/external resources (management, technical support, solutions engineer, product management, marketing and channel) to make sure customer requests are handled flawlessly and to drive customer satisfaction • Accurate monthly forecasting to management • Excellent time management to make sure KPIs are met on weekly basis Show less
