Offerpop is a technology company that easily allows brands to run online contests, sweepstakes, and promotions. As an Account Manager, my job is to help our largest clients get the most out of our product, offer strategic advice, and build a trusting relationship so we can become long-term partners.

At the end of September 2012, our company, which was acquired about nine months previously, went through a restructuring, laying off around 40% of its staff, including me.
