I trained their support staff and addressed software challenges, conducted conference calls and represented the product as the "lead investigator" for the majority of enhancement requests. MSI enhancements that I created software specifications for include the standardization of market codes, nightly reporting files, room blocking enhancements, wholesale and distressed inventory rooms allocation, a complete overhaul of end-of-day reporting, and the creation of confidential folios for direct bill guests.
