Facilitate the implementation of these changes within the organization by coordinating with Purchasing Leadership, Area Implementation Teams, Global Milestone Project Teams, and the Business Process Service Center.• Lead Procure to Pay's Data Readiness/Migration activities for Dow's Europe and North-America Implementations. Ensure data cleansing, mapping logic, and validation are completed prior to go-live for our SAP R/2 and other legacy procurement systems (MSMS, DPRS).

• Team Project Manager for Procure to Pay during the implementation of Dow's US based Heritage Rohm & Haas business and global Advanced Materials division... moving into a Solution Architect / Business Process Leader role focusing on Accounts Payable and Procurement.

• Provide leadership in defining and delivering highly complex Information Technology projects to support business objectives & strategies in a time driven, effective manner. • Responsible for a team of 25 resources supporting day-to-day operations of the VMS, UNIX, and Mainframe platforms globally for our client. Ensure that adequate staff is in place to meet our Service Level Agreements, and that the staff has adequate training to complete the tasks effectively.• Lead the implementation of the Enterprise Workstation and 7 enterprise applications for our client’s joint venture. Managed a team of 30+ people located in the U.S., Europe, and Asia by creating detailed work plans, tracking status, and managing issue resolution.• Arranged and managed multiple concurrent projects ranging in size from 250-15,000 hours of labor. Estimated the work effort, created and managed detailed work plans, assigned tasks to team members, and reported on project status. Ensured appropriate escalation of technical issues so they could be resolved with minimal impact to the project.• Prepared performance feedback and conducted mid-year and annual reviews. Assisted in creating short and long term career and development goals and training plans. Provided input on performance and promotion readiness.• Served as a lead developer for the Workstation Technology Management team. Provided SME input on estimates for projects, designed and developed solutions, conducted code and quality reviews for junior members of the team.• Took the time to clearly understand the requirements of assignments and put forth the extra effort required to deliver quality work products on time and budget.
