I develop and implement asset management solutions for water, wastewater, stormwater, fleet and vertical equipment assets that supports Public Works and Utility Operations, Engineering, Finance, and IT needs. This involves client interaction, perapring and scheduling tasks, assigning work of project team members, and achieving goals based on scope and budget.I have knowledge of the methods, principles, and practices used in map preparation, including post process of Static and Kinematic GNSS Surveys, perform site-calibrations to utilize GNSS with local coordinate systems. Ability to design geodatabases with attributes and specific layers for mapping projects. Clear understanding of Geodesy and its global relationship between reference frames. Intimate with Data Management, and Spatial Data Formats within the evaluation of data. I have advanced knowledge of Aerial Photography and Digital Elevation Models, Enterprise Hosting, and Imagery Analysis.I can interpret and apply applicable state, county and local codes, ordinances and regulations. I have experience with actions necessary to correct deficiencies or violations of regulations. I assist, approve updates ,and monitor maintenance of Comprehensive Plan and land development regulations. I conduct reviews of all development applications including plats, permits, site plans, and variance requests and rezonings. I write and present formal and technical reports, working papers, and correspondence. Identifies community problems, issues, and opportunities in particular neighborhoods that affect hometown feel and character that can be mitigated through better planning. I sit as a liaison between town council and planning commissions to help develop strategies to promote economic, social and environmental development that is consistent with community goals.
