As Client Success Manager at RouteSmart, a leader in vehicle route optimization software technology, I serve as a liaison with our clients to ensure their routing needs are being addressed, closely collaborating with them to help them achieve their goals in their route optimization efforts from sales through implementation and ongoing support. I also occasionally provide training and general consulting services for clients as needed.I am proud to say that I am known for being a worker that my colleagues and clients can depend on, and I pride myself on my ability to remain calm, even during intense circumstances. I believe in taking a logical approach, carefully observing a situation before taking action, and I carry a steadfast commitment to each client’s success.Throughout my tenure at RouteSmart, I have gained extensive experience and in-depth understanding in working with all the industries we support: public works, utilities, newspaper delivery, and postal/local delivery. My current focus is principally within the postal/parcel, last mile delivery, and utility markets.My natural talent for spatial awareness and reasoning, along with my enjoyment of maps and the creative cartographic process, led me to earn a degree in Geographic Information Systems. I enjoy sharing the knowledge I’ve gained throughout my career with a diverse worldwide company clientele; on-site at clients' locations and at industry events.
