As an Implementation Consultant at RouteSmart, a leader in vehicle route optimization software technology, I train end users in the use of the RouteSmart for ArcGIS desktop system, produce client-specific routing solutions through our RouteSourcing service, and guide clients through business process analysis related to converting RouteSmart solutions into the Customer Information System. I am an experienced consultant who thrives in areas of change management, problem solving, business process analysis, and end user training. I am known for being independent, innovative, resourceful, and adapting quickly to changing circumstances. I am proud of my ability to produce agile solutions, even in stressful circumstances, as well as the ability to apply my creative and analytical skills to quickly assess a situation and make adjustments as needed.All of my career choices have centered around customer satisfaction, with organizations including Cigna HealthCare, Holiday Inn and the City of Portland Water Bureau. I am proud to say that while serving at the City of Portland, I became a trained end user of RouteSmart for ArcGIS during the first citywide re-routing effort in a quarter century. My firsthand experience with the RouteSmart system convinced me of efficiency possibilities beyond the scope of our project at the Water Bureau, which led me to join the RouteSmart team in the summer of 2011. While the position of Implementation Consultant is often viewed strictly in a training capacity, I see my role as an extension of customer satisfaction. I firmly believe that leading clients to successful implementations of more efficient route solutions is best achieved by focusing on RouteSmart’s commitment to the client’s internal and external customers.
