Lead Business Analyst
Current• Conducts preliminary investigation for all project requests by reviewing requirements and specifications and testing and by reviewing support and training plans to ensure they are aligned with organizational priorities, business plans and objectives. • Provides a proactive interface between end users, project stakeholders and product management team to ensure complete and accurate definitions of requirements. • Identifies, defines and documents complex business and technical requirements, processes and deliverables.• Evaluates, develops, prepares and presents actionable information based upon project plans and release schedules.• Performs project risk assessments, including identifying key risk factors, which will yield effective mitigation strategies and assigning contingency action plans to both schedules and budgets.• Deep analysis skills to ensure all potential and future consumers requirements are accounted for in enterprise level products.• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.• Creates detailed business requirements for functional (e.g., business processes, rules) and non-functional (e.g., data, mapping) capabilities. • Gathers and interprets information from multiple sources (including systems, interviews, etc.).• Coordinates and manages documentation for multiple streams of content and business requirement areas.• Performs analysis to detail functional specs which are consumed by developers. • Translates technical concepts to business audience and business information to a technical audience.• Test case validation to ensure that scripts will evaluate the business function being performed.• Performs system testing and production validation for releases.• Understands and apply principles in risk management, issue tracking and change management.• UAT Coordination and validations.
