Worked closely with Senior leaders within site and region to drive success and optimized the employee experience. • Owned the planning, coordination, and execution in the largest Seasonal Employee ramp down in the Amazon Network. Partnering with stakeholders, up to and including VPs, this event was an overwhelming success for the company, and also ensured a pleasant process for the employee.• Became the partner to Senior Operations Management, overseeing the performance development and advancement for the site. Tracked the institution and completion of monthly growth conversations, owned the bi-annual talent reviews with region, processed promotions, and completed 80+ interviews of management level positions. • Lead and developed a team of four HR professionals over a one-year period to great success. Each team-member becoming the role-model for their position, two of which being promoted to managerial positions. • Completed monthly organizational health reviews containing examinations of several HR functions to include: Top-Talent Retention, Leaders Dwelling in Role/Position, Employee Communications, Onboarding metrics, and those on Performance Improvement Plans.

An advocate for associates and steward of Human Resources policy. In partnership with Operations, we ensured his site was an exceptional example of Amazon’s dedication to being Earth’s friendliest employer.• Tracked and reported Human Resources data and metrics from several HRIS to Management and Operations• In charge of roster curation, validation, correction and reporting for over 2000 associates and performed duties at an error efficiency of 99.6%• Applied many Microsoft Excel related efficiencies to reports and standard work, then taught and trained team-members on said efficiencies; allowing upwards of 45 minutes per shift/per day/per team-member to be freed up to better serve our customers
