As the Work Center Supervisor I have planned out and maintained the Navy's rigorous and crucial maintenance program. Using the 25 sailors in the work center I create and execute the schedule for two separate programs within the overall work center. I have worked to bring the maintenance program to a higher standard and keep the work center as high in the overall completion percentage as possible. Ensuring all parts are ordered and Maintenance requirement cards are up to date creates an easy and smooth work environment.

This means I am qualified to:-Complete complicated maintenance items on systems and components with first time quality.-Ensure cleanliness standards are upheld for various types of cleanliness controls.-I have been trained to maintain and ensure the cleanliness, physical integrity, and safe keeping of high priority and expensive inventory items.-As a Quality Assurance Inspector I am qualified to provide oversight and inspections during complicated maintenance evolution's.
