CurrentIntuit Academy: CS - Expert Network• Launched a new initiative aimed at assisting Intuit Academy learners through a structured 4-week syllabus fast-track program, resulting in XXX hires and accelerating candidates into the hiring funnel, directly contributing to our Big Bet 2 goal of X,XXX hires. • Took ownership of a major initiative to release exam resource guides, resolving delays from the engineering team by providing an alternative solution using Eloqua links. This workaround led to 20K+ downloads via email campaigns, with an expected exponential increase after the guides were added to the website, improving learner preparation and supporting hiring goals.• Spearheaded the EA Fast Track Challenge to upskill 441 tax associates. Achieved significant results, including 21 participants earning their EA credential and over 148 passing individual SEE exams, effectively growing Intuit’s Expert talent pipeline. Developed a Quickbase dashboard to provide stakeholders with self-serve access to detailed progress tracking and filtered data insights.• Launched an automated Eloqua email campaign to enhance learner engagement, helping learners progress through the training journey and enter the hiring funnel. Collaborated closely with engineers to resolve backend audience segmentation challenges, ensuring accurate targeting and reducing redundancies, which directly increased conversion rates by 35%.
