All you need to know about me are the stories of people I am honored to serve:"Number one I was asking myself, "do I want to spend the money?" Number two thought was, I'm doing fine right now, I'm comfortable, I'm content and I don't know what I don't know. Then I was asked questions about my activity, my efforts my results, and I could say that I wasn't happy with where I was.One thing I'm working on with my coach is the schedule. I'm also tracking 5 activity metrics that are working well. I'm working on a follow-through process to make sure that I'm staying in touch with prospects and getting them to call me back. I'm also working on a technique when talking to possible recruits. The biggest one is just consistency of calling. That’s the big one, the recruiting calls are a part of my CSF and my coach holds me accountable to them, we talk about them on every call. It's nothing earth-shattering but it's enforcing some basics. The other side of the coin is we've gone through how to structure personal conferences with my team.After building these fundamental habits I'm going to retain my people much better. I'm giving them a voice to talk about what is important to them. I give them a chance to talk with me about areas in that I can grow. They also get the opportunity to feel like they are a part of the branch's success because they have a voice. After I've been holding my team member accountable their production has been way up. Two of my team members will already have hit their yearly goal with three months left to go in the year. My personal engagement has been way up, I feel more connected to my team than I felt before and I don't feel like I'm just going through the motions. I'm going to hit my goal for the team production-wise, we'll hit our goal as a team and I'm getting out of here on time now. We're getting more done in the same amount of time. I've also managed to find the time to recruit one other person and hit my team’s production goals and my personal goals all in the same amount of time I was before. I'm truly doing more with less time.Look at the measurable results that I've had, they are truly measurable. Just adding one team member coaching is going to pay for itself, not to mention all the personal and team production. The productivity of my team has gone up and it's just a big net win, it's an investment, not a cost."
