•Lead and mentor a class of 13 interns through a full campaign- from brief writing and development of goals and objectives to strategy development and ideation, creative and media presentations, campaign execution, and reporting, resulting in real client use of concepts and 12 hired interns•Research, develop, and sell detailed audience profiles using primary and secondary research methods to identify media consumption habits, purchasing behaviors, and personality tendencies to clients for an additional $30,000 in unplanned agency revenue
